Catering Lease - Tender Opportunity

The Cafe at Denham Country Park, UB9 5PG

 

Buckinghamshire Council’s Parks and Green Spaces Service wish to lease the café at Denham Country Park to a passionate and innovative café operator to provide a quality catering facility for visitors to Denham Country Park (UB9 5PG).

The Operator will have the opportunity to remodel the facility to suit its needs, and the Council are offering up to a 10-year lease to enable this investment. The lease is expected to start March 2026 to allow any works required to take place before peak season.
